Note:

It is understood that decorations are to be removed, floors swept, and garbage placed in the dumpster. Premises are to be policed for paper and refuse. Any damage is to be reported to the Tomah Police Department or the Parks and Recreation Department. The shelter should be vacated by 11pm.
