THE PARKS AND REC OFFICE WILL CONTACT YOU SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT WITH A CODE FOR THE KEYPAD TO ENTER THE FACILITY.
It is understood that decorations are to be removed, floors swept, and garbage placed in the bins. Premises are to be policed for paper and refuse. Any damage is to be reported to the Tomah Police Department or the Parks and Recreation Department. The shelter should be vacated by 11pm.
Users assume all responsibility for personal liabilities. The users agree that any damages occurring to said premises over and beyond reasonable wear and tear shall be paid by the user to the City of Tomah.
